TRIPBH is a brand of Explore Middle East Hotel Booking Worldwide Co. W.L.L., a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under commercial registration no. 95399-1, with its office at Office 71, 7th Floor, Blaire Executive Suites, Building 1301, Road 4026, Block 340, Juffair, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. That company decides how your personal data is used, and is responsible for it.

This policy covers www.tripbh.com in English and Arabic, TRIPBH's emails and WhatsApp messages, and TRIPBH Business. Websites that TRIPBH's partners run, and other websites we link to, have their own policies.

When you book: your name, mobile number and email; your trip or tour, such as the pickup, drop-off or meeting point, the date and time, the class or option, and the number of passengers and bags; and anything you add, such as a flight number, children's ages for child seats, or notes for your chauffeur or guide.

When you pay: the amount, the date, how you paid and the payment reference, and any refund. Card details are entered on the secure payment service of TRIPBH's bank and go to the bank: TRIPBH never receives or keeps your full card number or security code.

When you contact us, or apply to work with us: your name, company, email, mobile, country and message.

With a TRIPBH sign-in, such as TRIPBH Business: your account details and the bookings made with your account.

During your trip: your chauffeur's app records the trip's times, where your chauffeur arrived, where you got in and where you were dropped off. They appear on your trip receipt, and help settle any question about the trip.

When you leave a review: your rating and what you write.

Automatically: like most websites, our servers log your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you visit and when. We count visits to the website without cookies and without identifying you.

To take, confirm and carry out your booking, with the chauffeur or tour company that does it.

To keep you updated about your booking by WhatsApp, phone or email: your confirmation, your chauffeur's or guide's details, reminders and any change.

To take payments, send receipts, invoices and credit notes, and make refunds.

To answer your questions and complaints, and to look into what happened on a trip.

To keep the website and our customers safe, to prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet our legal duties, such as keeping tax records.

To send you offers, only if you've asked for them. You can stop them at any time.

To improve the website, from visit counts that don't identify you.

TRIPBH never sells, rents or trades your personal data, and never gives it to anyone for their own marketing.

The chauffeur company or tour company that carries out your booking gets only what it needs for it, such as the lead passenger's name and mobile, the pickup and the time.

Service providers that run parts of TRIPBH for us get only what they need for their task, and may use it for nothing else: website hosting, our database, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging, and Google Maps for address search and routes.

Card and BenefitPay payments are processed by TRIPBH's bank and its payment gateway, under the card industry's security standard (PCI DSS).

We disclose personal data to authorities only when Bahrain's law requires it, or to protect our customers, chauffeurs or TRIPBH against fraud or harm.

The website works only over a secure HTTPS connection: everything you send us is encrypted on the way.

Your data is kept in secure systems that need a sign-in. TRIPBH's staff, partners and service providers see only the part they need for your booking.

Your booking page has a private link: anyone with it can see your booking, so share it only with the people travelling with you.

If a breach of security affects your personal data, we tell you and the authorities as Bahrain's law requires.

The website uses only the cookies it needs to work: to remember your language and currency, to keep the code of a partner or ambassador whose link you followed (for 30 days), and to keep you signed in if you have a TRIPBH account.

We don't use advertising cookies, or cookies that follow you across other websites.

Your browser lets you block or delete cookies. If you block them, you can still book, but the website won't remember your choices, and you can't sign in.

Bookings must be made by adults. TRIPBH doesn't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

When an adult books for a family, they may tell us children's ages, for child seats or a tour's minimum age. We use them only for that booking.

If you think a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.

Some of our service providers keep data outside Bahrain. Wherever it's kept, it's protected as this policy says.

We keep booking, payment and invoice records for as long as Bahrain's law requires, and other personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Under Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018), you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to stop its use for marketing.

If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Authority.
